Did You Know? PiSaeng’s Poem 

Hello, hello, my lovely Misfits, 

And welcome to another Sunday edition of Did You Know. And today I have a tiny little fact with me that definitely brought a smile to my face. 

You see, I was diligently studying some Thai vocabulary about authors and writing when I came across a word I just knew from one of my absolute favourite shows: “Be My Favourite”. 

So here I was stumbling over Botgawi, the proper first name of our hero Kawi. And you know what the meaning of this word is? It means poem. 

Awww, I find this just so freaking adorable for Kawi. But let’s go and make this entire thing even sweeter. Hehe. Because the Thai title of “Be My Favourite” is actually “Botgawi Kong PiSaeng”. Which pretty much means “PiSaeng’s Poem”. 

And I think after Friday’s finale we all can agree that this definitely is the correct title for this show. Because the love between these two was definitely like a wonderful poem. And how steadfast PiSaeng loved Kawi in every timeline we come across. It really is a beautiful love letter that sometimes love is really just destiny. I don’t mean it has to end in a relationship as we have seen with these two in one of the possible futures. But some love stories just can’t be avoided. And these two…. No, they never could have NOT ended up together.
